As if DDG and Halle Bailey’s issues couldn’t get any worse, he has now dropped a diss track about his ex.

DDG’s new track, “Don’t Take My Son,” addresses the ongoing custody and visitation struggles over their son, Halo.
Produced by Cash Cobain, the track features DDG pleading for the chance to see his child, singing, “Don’t take my son because he’s all I got/I’m just having fun, I don’t love these thots.”
In another part of the record, he also added that Bailey has not moved on from him and expressed frustration over money being tied to his ability to see Halo.
“Tryna make me pay to see my son, that’s gonna make me hot,” he sings, later adding, “It’s not about the money, it’s more about the principle, you know I’m rich.”
In a Friday vlog, DDG revealed that he only sees Halo for “very minimal time” and was recently kicked out of Bailey’s home during a visit. DDG also shared his feelings in a follow-up video, saying, “I just don’t want it to come to the point where he’s like, ‘my pops ain’t around,’ and that’s my main thing.” He also explained that he doesn’t want to take Bailey to court, calling it “extremely messy.”
