The Red Flags That Made Jackie Goldschneider Fear Louie Ruelas’ Ex And Why She Cut Ties – All About The Real Housewives

Jackie Goldschneider is setting the record straight about her past interactions with Louie Ruelas’ ex, Vanessa Reiser, after the former’s frequent outreach to the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast captured viewers’ attention. In an interview on No Filter with Zack Peter, Jackie took the opportunity to explain her side of the story—what led her to initially engage with Vanessa, how things turned sour, and why she ultimately severed ties.

“I took the call because at the time I needed something,” Jackie began, reflecting on the start of her communication with Vanessa. At the time, Teresa Giudice had been taking aim at Jackie’s husband Evan, and Jackie found herself searching for a way to protect her family. “Teresa was coming after Evan. I needed something to come back with her with,” she said. But as their conversations continued, Jackie soon realized that Vanessa’s intentions were far more complicated.

“Right after I started talking to her, other people started talking to her as well. I won’t say names anymore. Because she would tell me about it, and I would say to her, please don’t tell anybody I’m talking to you.”

At first, Jackie believed she could glean some useful information for the show, but it didn’t take long for her to see a different side of Vanessa. “She was just so in this so deep… She was just so full of vengeance. And I didn’t really want to be a part of it anymore.”

Jackie’s growing discomfort eventually led her to stop speaking with Vanessa altogether. “I stopped speaking to her in any kind of show capacity—like to get information, like any of that. I stopped speaking to her like a few months before… Teresa’s wedding. So like, a very long time ago.”

But even after cutting off the relationship, Jackie found herself occasionally texting Vanessa back, not wanting to be “turned on” by her. “If she wrote me, I would write her back,” Jackie admitted, but she made it clear that any conversation was off-limits regarding people from the show. “If she tried to talk to me about people on the show, I would tell her, like, maybe you should try moving on. Maybe you should try moving away. Have you met anybody new?”

As the drama continued to unfold, Jackie grew more wary of Vanessa’s involvement with other cast members and media outlets. “She was fully entrenched with other people from the show… She spoke to everybody.” This behavior made Jackie even more cautious, as she couldn’t trust someone who seemed so eager to spread a narrative. “When you’re so hungry to get a narrative out, that’s like—like if a housewife comes to me and they’re like, this is what’s going to come up on the new season, and I want to give you the heads up and blah, I immediately am like, I’m not interested.”

Reflecting on why she didn’t immediately share her communication with Teresa, Jackie explained, “I didn’t. I admitted it, right? And then the day after that scene, I got on a call with Teresa and Louis, and I told them I came clean, and I felt very bad about it.”

Jackie clarified that she didn’t regret the choice to speak with Vanessa, but she did feel bad about the situation as a whole. “I don’t feel bad about that part. I feel bad that, first of all, Louis, who’s lovely, I mean, he got a s*** at it. Louis, I feel bad that he was, you know, caught up in this when I didn’t even know him at that time.”

For Jackie, the entire situation was a case of being caught between difficult choices, but she emphasized that she was never motivated by revenge. “I’m not a vengeful person. I’m really not. And I just felt bad,” she said.

Jackie’s experience with Vanessa Reiser highlights a concerning pattern of behavior that raises questions about the lengths some individuals will go to for attention or revenge. Vanessa’s constant outreach to cast members and willingness to speak with the media about behind-the-scenes drama reveals a level of obsession and manipulation that can be unsettling. As Jackie pointed out, someone so eager to spread a narrative for the sake of drama creates a toxic environment, not just for those directly involved, but for everyone around them. It’s a reminder that the lines between reality and spectacle can sometimes blur to the point where personal boundaries and integrity are overlooked, leaving everyone involved questioning their true motives.
